Training courses 

Getting Started

Explore basic usability of Dynamics 365 for Financials, including an overview of the user interface, basic functionalities, system wide setup and data migration, as well as general tips and tricks on using the application.

Financials

Over 3 sessions, this course covers setting up Financials including general ledger, accounting periods, chart of accounts, posting, dimensions and sales tax followed by an overview of the Processing and Budgeting and Reporting functionalities.

Bank Management 

This session covers setting up Bank Management, and provides an overview of the Bank Management functionality including payment journals, deposits and periodic activities like bank reconciliations and bank export/import.

Sales & Receivables 

In this 3 session training, learn how to setup Sales & Receivables and your customer information. Sessions also cover Sales Processing from quotes to orders, invoices, credit memos and tax calculations. Also learn about analyzing receivables, ledger entries and price/discounts.

Purchases & Payables 

In 3 sessions, learn how to setup Purchases & Payables and vendors, dive into processing purchase documents and explore other functionalities including analyzing payables, ledger entries and price/discounts. 

Inventory 

This session covers inventory overview and setup as well as ledger entries, special prices and discounts, and periodic activities like adjust cost-item entries, posting inventory cost to G/L, adjusting inventory and item/inventory/revaluation journals.


Relationship Management 

In this 2 session training, learn how to setup relationships including marketing and contacts. The Relationship Management Overview section of the training covers opportunities, templates, statistics, sales quotes, cover sheets and more.
