nControl Services – The Evolution of Services
While Stratos Cloud Solutions deliver tailored solutions at predictable monthly costs, our nControl Service Plans provide the professional design, implementation, training, and on-going support on predictable monthly cost basis.  With multiple plans to suit the needs of any business, nControl allows you to maintain “control” of your solution by scheduling sessions at your convenience, receiving ad-hoc support at any time, and even giving you a dedicated project manager to help guide you through the process.  Whether you are an experienced user or novice, nControl provides options to fit your work style and needs.

How does nControl Services Work?

nControl Services are delivered by an nControl consultant over the internet via an online meeting and streamed right to your device.  Your nControl consultant is a Microsoft Certified professional who has on average 10+ years of experience implementing our solutions. Sessions may be scheduled in advance so you can maximize your time and productivity.  They are flexible, ranging in duration from 2-4 hours and are available from 8 – 6 PM Monday through Friday.  Ad-hoc consulting support is also available through our nControl Services Desk if you need immediate consulting assistance.

nControl Services are available in four plans:

• nControl Silver – For the power users who need minimal support and consulting services. The Silver Plan provides up to 2 scheduled sessions per week (can be scheduled 1 week in advance) and unlimited ad-hoc consulting based on availability. 
• nControl Gold – Need more assistance and a project manager? The Gold Plan provides up to 3 scheduled sessions per week with priority time slots (10 AM – 4 PM) and the ability to schedule up to 3 weeks in advance.  You get a dedicated Project Manager to help guide you through the process and unlimited impromptu sessions based on availability.
• nControl Platinum – For complex businesses, large implementations or implementation novices, this consulting plan provides 4 scheduled sessions per week with priority timeframes and access for additional ad-hoc time. You can schedule your sessions up to a month or more in advance so you can be guaranteed consultant availability.  In addition, you’ll receive a dedicated project manager to coordinate the implementation.
• nControl Blueprint for Excellence – Our Blueprint for Excellence service incorporates consulting sessions, design processes, and documentation efforts to help you select and configure the many features of our Stratos solutions.  Often called the “Planning and Design” Phase, you’ll get advice and insight from SBS Group consultants familiar with your industry and Stratos solution.  Deliverables from this service include Functional Requirements Document, Functional Design Document, Gap Analysis, and Project Plan.  You will engage with SBS Group consultants through online collaborative webinars who will lead you through a series of planned discussions, analysis, and workflows to identify how Stratos will work for you.  Sessions can be held in 2 hour increments allowing you to maximize your time and schedule.
